No, the device works independently. The integrated AI automatically detects faces and movements—no app or Bluetooth connection required.
Can the device be attached to a tripod?
Yes, the device has a standard turn and can be easily installed on a tripod. The standing plate can be unscrewed to enable flexible use.
Why doesn't the tracking work?
Make sure the device is switched on and a person is within the detection area (approx. 1–4 meters). The tracking starts automatically as soon as you give the "OK" sign.
Which smartphones are compatible?
The bracket is compatible with most iOS and Android smartphones. The maximum load capacity is 500 g, so that additional accessories such as an LED permanent light or microphone can be attached to the cold shoe mount.
