30-Day returns policy.
Our Guarantee
If for any reason you don’t love your item, simply return it to us within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. All we ask is that it is undamaged, in its original condition and packaging, and you let us know in advance.
To return an item, you’ll need two things:
- Your detailed order confirmation email.
- The credit or debit card used to make your purchase.

Faulty Or Damaged Items
If you receive a order with an item that is damaged, missing a component, or in some other way defective, please contact Customer Service before returning the product. We will meet the cost of returning the product or products to us if the goods are faulty.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
