Free Standard Delivery is available on all orders!
We know you just can't wait to get your product (can’t blame you), so we work hard to dispatch orders quickly. Our delivery partners have been chosen as they offer both tracked and swift delivery.
Products will sometimes arrive separately, but you won't incur any additional delivery charges. We'll confirm by email once your order has been dispatched.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
Dispatch Estimates
All in-stock items are dispatched within 48 hours. Items that are out of stock take up to 10 business days.
Delivery Timescales
UK – Delivered via Royal Mail Tracked – delivery estimate – 3-7 business days
Europe – Delivered via DPD, but not on a Saturday – delivery estimate – 6-8 business days
USA & CAN – Delivered via USPS – delivery estimate – 6-8 business days
AUS – Delivered via AusPost – delivery estimate – 6-8 business days
Order Processing Time
Please note that it may take longer to deliver orders during peak holiday seasons, such as Mother's Day or Christmas, or immediately after a popular promotion.
Returns
If for any reason you don’t love your item, simply return it to us within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. All we ask is that it is undamaged, in its original condition and packaging, and you let us know in advance.
To return an item, you’ll need two things:
- Your detailed order confirmation email.
- The credit or debit card used to make your purchase.

Faulty Or Damaged Items
If you receive a order with an item that is damaged, missing a component, or in some other way defective, please contact Customer Service before returning the product. We will meet the cost of returning the product or products to us if the goods are faulty.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
