1. What are the delivery times for my order?

Order before 8pm weekdays, subject to availability, we'll dispatch your products within 48 hours.

2. How do I know if my product has been shipped?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking from our courier.

3. I am not satisfied with the product ordered, how can I return it?

If you have changed your mind and wish to return the product, you can cancel your order within 30 days of receiving the product. To cancel, please contact us in writing to tell us by email. You will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the Products and any applicable delivery charges you paid for.
