The Simpla Guarantee

All Simpla products come with a hassle-free guarantee. This includes the repair or replacement of your product.

The Simpla guarantee is in addition to, and does not affect, the legal rights that you will have, which includes certain legal rights in connection with defective products.

What's covered

Simpla products are chosen for their high performance. If a device is used in the way it's intended and it breaks down within the guarantee period, it's our responsibility to repair or replace it.

Repair

Our products are built to last. But if something goes wrong, we'll arrange for the return of your product free of charge.

Replace

All of our repairs use genuine parts. If we can’t repair your device, we’ll replace it for you.


What's not covered

There are, however, some circumstances in which a Simpla guarantee doesn't cover the repair or replacement of a product. These aren't hidden in the small print.

  • Normal wear and tear, including parts that might wear out over time (e.g. fuse, batteries, filters etc.).
  • Accidental damage
  • Damage as a result of use not in accordance with the rating plate.
  • Damage caused by not carrying out the recommended device maintenance.
  • Damage from external sources such as transit, weather, electrical outages or power surges.
  • Failures caused by circumstances outside of Simpla’s control.
  • Faults caused by: Negligent use, misuse, neglect or careless operation of the device.
